1 - La Table Ronde does NO EXCHANGE, NO REFUND.
In the case of a gift that would not win the favor of the person concerned of an item that does not match your expectations *, or a garment ordered the wrong size, there is unfortunately no solution, no exchange possible.
If you encounter a problem in the process of your transaction **, we can not repay you, but we'll give you credit in the form of gift certificates with a value equivalent to the amount paid.
2- Receiving your package
If the contents of your order, despite having been checked by our shipping department, is damaged in transit or does not match your order ***, you have to the receipt of the package 24 hours for notify us by e-mail and 7 days to return it to us at our expense. We will send you an item new as fast as possible, always at our expense!
